The professional simulation design team uses international mainstream software, such as ANSYS, to complete the analysis of failure, life, advanced dynamics, linear and non-linear joints, layups and so on.
CarbonFly Carbon Fiber has a series of dedicated composite production equipment, such as hot presses, hot press tanks, injection molding machines, etc., which can be used to manufacture samples in different batches.
CarbonFleet Carbon Fiber enables the joining and assembly of parts made of various materials, such as carbon fiber reinforced composites to aluminum and steel. Parts are assembled manually or through automated mechanical joining, gluing, and hybrid joining.
The scope of testing of composite parts includes:
Raw material testing including tensile compression bending shear testing;
Non-destructive testing of components e.g. ultrasound, CT;
Product dimensional and profile accuracy testing, e.g. CMM.
Meanwhile, we have long-term cooperation with third-party testing platforms, which can provide testing services for components under different sub-systems, such as critical performance testing of vehicle wheels.
